At Chocolate Suites, we take great pride in our chocolates which are handcrafted in small
batches using fresh ingredients without preservatives. Our goal is to have your shipment arrive in the best possible condition
to preserve the pure, natural taste and delicate decorations. Each box is hand-packed and extraordinary care is taken to protect
the chocolates from melting and other damage.
· We ship primarily via Fed Ex and USPS Priority to ensure that your product arrives
within 2 to 3 days.

We currently ship anywhere inside the continental United
States and, because of the perishable nature of the product, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
· If overnight shipping, Saturday delivery, or guaranteed 2-day delivery are required, please call 216-245-3440
as these delivery rates will be higher.
· During warmer weather (4/15 through 10/15) or when shipping to warm weather destinations with a temperature over 68*
(such as Arizona, Florida, or Southern California), $7 will be added to the shipping fee
for insulated packaging materials and ice bricks.
· Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend storage in a warm warehouse. Therefore,
orders placed on Wednesday after 12 PM will be mailed the following Monday morning.
· Please double check your recipient’s address before submitting your order. Chocolate Suites cannot
be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
· Packages are shipped with no signature required. So it is advisable that you have us ship to an address
where the package can be properly received and stored. Otherwise consider shipping to a business address. We are not responsible
for missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
More Notes on Chocolate Suites:

Every box of Chocolates Suites is packed by hand. Because
of the handcrafted nature of the chocolates and the slight variation in size and shape, the assortments are not identical
in content. Every effort is made to fill the boxes with one or two of each flavor. Because this is not always possible, the
Conductor will select the most suitable chocolates to fit in the collection (along with a surprise or two).
· To maximize your enjoyment of Chocolate Suites store your chocolates in a cool environment (preferably
<68*) away from the sun and humidity and consume them within 3 weeks for maximum freshness. Do NOT store them in the refrigerator.
They may be frozen: wrap in airtight packaging before freezing and thaw them for 24 hours in the refrigerator before bringing
them to room temperature. Then you can remove your chocolates from the packaging and enjoy!
· Some of our chocolates and other confections contain nuts and dairy products.
Anyone with allergies or medical conditions related to the consumption of any foods prepared near or containing
these allergens should not eat our products. (Sorry!)
Return Policy
We stand behind our chocolates and know that you will be thoroughly delighted with them. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied, please call 216-245-3440 within 3 days of receipt to discuss a replacement or
refund, whichever you prefer.
